How long does it take to set up and take down a bouncy castle?

Setup usually takes around 20 minutes, and the same goes for takedown. Our professional team handles everything—from the setup to takedown—so you can focus on enjoying the event. We ensure that the bouncy castles are safely and securely installed, and we’ll make sure everything is cleared and packed away after the event.


Are your products safe?

Absolutely! Safety is our top priority. All our Bouncy Castles comply with BS EN 14960-2019 safety standards, and our team regularly inspects and cleans each product to ensure they are safe for use. We also provide safety mats and clear instructions with every product, so everyone knows how to have fun safely. Additionally, we provide full public liability insurance for your peace of mind.


What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel your booking, we offer the following policy:

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the event: You will receive a refund, minus the non-refundable deposit/admin fee.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours: Unfortunately, the full payment is still required.

We understand that plans can change, so please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your event.
